On the afternoon of January 14, the faculty and staff meeting of the Highway College was held at the Academic Exchange Center of the South Campus. In order to implement the relevant requirements of school epidemic prevention and control, some faculty representatives of the college attended the meeting in the main venue, and other faculty members attended the meeting on Tencent conference online.The conference was presided over by Lin Guibao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Dean of the College.

Dean Chen Jianxun summarized the school's work throughout the year in three aspects: work results, existing problems, and work plans.Dean Chen introduced nine contents, including the basic information of the college, experimental platform construction, foreign exchange and cooperation, labor union work and so on.He also clarified and analyzed the existing problems and the work plan for the next year.Dean Chen pointed out that in the past year, the college has made gratifying achievements in scientific research, talent training, teaching staff and discipline construction, but we still need to see that the college has many problems and deficiencies, such as the lack of high-level talents and national experimental platform. All faculty and staff of the college need to work together, forge ahead and continue to move towards the goal of double first-class construction.

Secretary Wang Hainian read out the notice on the adjustment of teaching and scientific research institutions, the notice on the appointment and removal of Hu Liqun and other comrades, the notice on the adjustment of Party branches, the notice on the adjustment of trade union groups and the notice on the removal of Comrade Yao Yiliang.He hoped that the responsible comrades of all units after the adjustment should focus on the development of the college, carry forward the fine tradition, pool consensus and joint efforts, take the initiative to act, and strive to promote the college's new achievements.
